Fashion fans say that the budget M&S Collection fleece-lined leggings are great for wearing in the house instead of turning on the heating and can be worn alone or under dresses outside thanks to their comfortable insulated fabric that is 'non see-through'. Marks and Spencer's £16 Heatgen Plus Thermal Brushed Leggings are made from Japanese Heatgen fabric which has a very soft brushed inner layer that is designed to keep you warm and comfortable on colder days. The leggings tick all the boxes as they are stretchy for flexible movement and have a lightweight design to them. They are available to buy in sizes 6 to 28 and come in three colours - black, cream and navy, the Manchester Evening News reports.
