Bullock, 59, was spotted driving with a dog on her lap while out in Beverly Hills Monday afternoon, in photograph exclusively for DailyMail.com. The Blind Side star was captured in a poignant moment, seated in her car - marking her first appearance since the death of her longtime partner after he endured a private three-year battle with ALS. On the same day, former NFL offensive lineman Oher initiated legal proceedings concerning the profits generated by the acclaimed film 'The Blind Side'- a movie based on Oher's life story. The retired athlete alleged that the entire Bullock-led movie is based on a lie, shocking fans with claims that he is not actually the adopted son of Sean and Leigh Anne Touhy as the movie portrays. However, in the movie, Bullock portrayed Leigh Anne and adopted Oher. He then went on to star in high school, college and was drafted in the first-round In 2004, 18-years-old Oher signed on to a petition which made them his conservators, meaning they were able to legally act upon business interests in his name. Oher alleges in the suit, the conservatorship enabled the Tuohy family to strike a deal wherein they - inclusive of their two children - would receive royalties from the heartwarming movie, specifically $225,000 each in addition to 2.5 percent of the 'defined net proceeds.' Oher also claimed he didn't receive one cent from the motion picture which detailed his story of triumph from homelessness to draft pick - nor, a separate deal which signed over rights to his life's rights to 20th Century FOX. Sean Tuohy responded to Oher's allegations saying: ‘We are going to keep loving Michael,' according to the Daily Memphian. ESPN was first to report that Oher filed a 14-page petition in Shelby County, Tennessee Monday alleging the centrality of the movie was a lie and the Tuohy family used him as a means of acquiring further wealth. The Blind Side, a Michael Lewis book that became the basis for an Oscar-winning film, grossed $309million. 'The lie of Michael's adoption is one upon which Co-Conservators Leigh Anne Tuohy and Sean Tuohy have enriched themselves at the expense of their Ward, the undersigned Michael Oher,' per the legal filing obtained by ESPN. 'Michael Oher discovered this lie to his chagrin and embarrassment in February of 2023, when he learned that the Conservatorship to which he consented on the basis that doing so would make him a member of the Tuohy family, in fact provided him no familial relationship with the Tuohys.' The retired athlete alleged that the entire Sandra Bullock-led movie is based on a lie, shocking fans with claims that he is not actually the adopted son of Sean and Leigh Anne Touhy as the movie portrays. Bullock and Randall (pictured at the world premiere of Oceans 8 in 2018) had kept their relationship - and Randall's battle with ALS - out of the spotlight Randall died at aged 57 following a private three-year battle with ALS last week. The Hollywood actress first met Bryan - a model-turned-photographer - in 2015, after he photographed her son Louis's birthday. It came five years after her messy divorce from Jesse James. On their last public sighting together, in July, 2020, the former model was pictured gazing adoringly at his love as they arrived to an intimate gathering in studio city with her two children. 'It is with great sadness that we share that on Aug. 5, Bryan Randall passed away peacefully after a three-year battle with ALS,' his family shared to PEOPLE. 'Bryan chose early to keep his journey with ALS private and those of us who cared for him did our best to honor his request.' 'We are immensely grateful to the tireless doctors who navigated the landscape of this illness with us and to the astounding nurses who became our roommates, often sacrificing their own families to be with ours,' the family statement from last week continued. Bullock and Randall can be seen dancing during an intimate non-binding ceremony in the Bahamas in 2017, in video obtained by DailyMail.com Bullock has two adopted children — son Louis, 13, and daughter Laila, 11 — and Bryan has an adult daughter named Skylar from a previous relationship (seen in 2018) Randall began his career as a model (pictured) before becoming a photographer 'At this time we ask for privacy to grieve and to come to terms with the impossibility of saying goodbye to Bryan.' Bullock and Randall never married but exchanged 'vows' on the beach in the Bahamas in an intimate ceremony witnessed by friends and family in December 2017, DailyMail.com revealed on Monday. Exclusive video obtained by DailyMail. com shows the couple dancing the night away following the ceremony, which was not legally binding and involved no officiant but instead saw Bullock declare herself to the man she called, 'the love of my life' and him profess his love in return. It was just three years before and a world away from when Randall would receive his devastating diagnosis with ALS, the illness to which he succumbed at the weekend. Bullock, who had no desire to remarry following her divorce from Jesse James in 2010, was dressed in a kaftan, her hair in braids and flip flops on her feet. Randall was dressed in a white shirt open at the neck, also in flip flops, with baseball cap pulled low and in casual black pants appears entirely caught up in his 'bride' and the moment. One friend said: 'They really did this for the children, to kind of seal the deal and show them this was a forever thing. After the ceremony Louis (13) and Laila (11) started calling Bryan dad.' The ceremony marked the culmination of a 14-day trip to Arpaud Busson's Three Bees Villa on Harbor Island.
