As Mail Sport revealed on Tuesday , the Magpies have had a growing interest in the Blues' academy prospect, and are keen to buy him outright. According to Sky Sports, the 18-year-old has an agreement in principle for a new deal at Stamford Bridge. It was believed that Hall was on the verge of the signing a fresh six-year contract with his boyhood club, to then go out on loan with Crystal Palace for the 2023/24 campaign. Chelsea value their player for £30million, and are thought to be considering the offer from Eddie Howe's side. Newcastle previously considered a move for Cucurella as they bid to bolster their ranks in defence, and provide competition for regular starter Dan Burn.
