Daniel Copley, of Zoopla, said: 'After an unseasonably cool start to August, a garden sauna is likely to be the more appealing option to many Brits who would normally favour a swimming pool as their outdoor luxury of choice. 'A sauna can also be a better investment as it can be enjoyed all year round, whereas a pool is likely to only be used in the summer months.' The semi-detached home is on the market for £240,000, which is significantly less than the £353,235 average price of a property sold in Britain during the past year, according to Zoopla. The sauna can be found in a shed at the end of garden and has plenty of space to accommodate several people. The sauna theme is also continued in the main house with wooden slats appearing on the walls and ceiling throughout the house. The property is being sold by Strike estate agents. 3. Four-bed house, Wigan, £395k This property in Greater Manchester's Wigan is for sale for £395,000 via Borron Shaw estate agents There is an entire outbuilding in the garden that is dedicated to an entertainment space The wooden outbuilding accommodates a bar and seating as well as a covered hot tub There is also a sauna in the outbuilding that is found in the grounds of the four-bedroom house This four-bedroom house in Greater Manchester's Wigan has an entire outbuilding in the garden dedicated to an entertainment space.
